  • Can I have more than one company file?
    Unfortunately, in this case, you will need to have two separated accounts. and you will be charged separately too.
  • How do I cancel Mijnfinance if I decide it isn’t right for me?
    It’s really easy to cancel within your software with a few clicks of your mouse.
  • Does Mijnfinance provides onsite setup assistance?
    We do not provide on-site support directly. We have a friendly and knowledgeable support team that is here to help you along the way.
  • Is there a minimum subscription period?
    If you cancel within your free 30 day trial period, you won’t be charged anything. If you’re a paying subscriber and you cancel your subscription to Mijnfinance Service for any reason, Mijnfinance is unable to provide you with a pro-rata refund for the rest of the month that you paid for upfront. You will continue to get the Mijnfinance Service for the remainder of the month you paid for which is when the cancellation of the subscription is made effective and when you will no longer have access to the service.

  • Is there a trial period and how do I sign up?
    There’s a 30 day free trial period. Just enter your name, email address and choose a password and you’re good to go – we don’t ask for your any payment details for the trial period. Please check our plans for more information  
  • Am I entitled to software updates/upgrades and how do I upgrade?
    Yes. One of the many benefits of cloud-based software is that you’re always on the latest version. Updates happen automatically and won’t affect your data in the slightest. If the software has been updated, you’ll see a message when you log in.
  • Can I access Mijnfinance offline
    Sorry, Mijfinance is a cloud-based system so, you must have an internet connection to access it.
  • Can I access Mijnfinance on my mobile phone or tablet?
    Mijnfinance can be accessed from any web-enabled mobile device with a web browser. The experience is optimised on any iOS device (iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch) and Android tablet or Smartphone with the Mijnfinance App.

    There are three plans to choose from to suit your business’ needs at an affordable monthly subscription. We recommend you choose the plan with the feature set that meets your business needs today, you can upgrade to a higher plan as your business grows.

With some very basic information about your business, Mijnfinance will gather information from over 500,000 businesses around the globe and the Netherlands will automatically configure your Mijnfinance Online file. You can always customise and update your setting as you go.
  • How do I subscribe if I decide that Mijfinance is right for me?
    Once your trial period finishes, you will be directed to a payment page where you can subscribe. You can choose to subscribe at any stage during the trial with a few clicks of your mouse.
